Hi, I'm Tracy Powers and I would like to be your Realtor. I was born and raised in Tennessee but
have spent my married life moving around with my wife who is active duty Air Force. We have been
stationed at Shaw AFB in South Carolina, Misawa AB in Japan, Peterson AFB in Colorado, and now at
Eglin AFB. We have been married several years (yes I know how many years but if I tell you it will
show my age!) and we have 3 children. I began my real estate career in Colorado by obtaining my
Broker Associate license after attending a local Century 21 real estate school. After moving to
Florida I once again attended training and acquired my Florida Broker's license after passing the
Florida real estate exam. I initially worked with Century 21 Wimco before making the move to
Coldwell Banker United Realtors formerly Coldwell Banker JME Realty in June 2007. I am a member
of the National Association of Realtors and recently completed my GRI training so that I might better
serve my clients. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family whether it is at the beach,
